Howell superintendent sets coffee chats to connect with community

Howell Public Schools Superintendent Erin MacGregor will kick off his popular Coffee Chat series on Thursday, Oct. 18. The chat will run from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Howell High School’s Highlander Restaurant. MacGregor’s Coffee Chats provide an opportunity for district stakeholders to hear updates on various district initiatives and to ask any questions they may have about the district.

“I am excited to kick-off this year’s Coffee Chat series. It is always nice to be able to engage with district stakeholders to share our story and address any questions they may have,” said MacGregor. “Again this year we will have a mix of morning, evening and  weekend Coffee Chats to allow more stakeholders to attend.”

In addition to the Oct. 18 Coffee Chat, MacGregor will hold Coffee Chats on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019, from 6-7 p.m. at the Little Highlanders Learning Center; Saturday, March 9, 2019, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. at The Hive Teen Center; and Thursday, May 16, 2019, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce.

The Highlander Restaurant is located on the west side of Howell High School. Enter using the service drive off Highlander Way, north of Highlander Way Middle School. Follow the service drive past the Howell Aquatics Center, and the Highlander Restaurant will be the next driveway on the left.
