It can be difficult helping your child make summer camp choices. Fortunately, parents in Livingston County have lots of options, and some of the camps even offer an opportunity for families to visit ahead of time. Visiting a camp that you are seriously considering is a great way to help you feel more at ease and make up your mind. It can also help make your child’s camp experience less stressful, since they will have a much clearer image in their mind about what to expect. Even a visit to a camp that is less likely to be your final choice can help your child get a general idea about what summer camp is like and help you both know what questions to ask prospective camps.
