The VINA Spring “Out of Quarantine” Silent Auction is set to take place virtually from April 14-17, 2021.
The silent auction features a variety of items providing experiences and trips to safely “spring” back into the world as the weather warms up and more people receive vaccinations. For those not quite ready to venture out into the world, there are plenty of local and stay-cation packages.
Bidders must register to bid and will receive text and email updates about the auction. Auction items fall into three categories: local, Michigan and national.
Some of the Michigan auction packages include a Detroit Tigers package with tickets and signed memorabilia; a four-day stay in a beautiful lakefront cottage near Tawas; and a wine & dine weekend in Traverse City.
Local auction items include a gourmet dinner for eight in your home, a couple of golf packages at exclusive courses and stay-cation packages for those not quite ready to be out and about.
The national auction item is an unforgettable experience that will leave the winning bidder feeling recharged both inside and out. VINA will announce this item later as the auction start date nears.
Sponsorships are available now, with six different sponsorship levels providing various marketing benefits. To register to bid, purchase a sponsorship and preview the auction items, visit the auction website.
All proceeds from the fundraiser benefit VINA Community Dental Center and the thousands of low-income, uninsured Livingston County residents who rely on the clinic. VINA provides dental visits for $25 and hygiene visits for $10 to alleviate the financial burden of routine dental care for the under-served members of our community.
VINA announced dates for two more fundraisers happening safely in-person later this year. The Golf Outing will be at Lakelands Golf & Country Club on July 19, 2021, and The Tailgate will be at Crystal Gardens on Oct. 14, 2021.
VINA Community Dental Center of Livingston County is a non-profit outreach facility that provides affordable dental care and education to more than 1,500 patients in Livingston County with limited finances. VINA improves quality of life through better oral health, promoting dental care seeking behaviors and elevating prevention awareness. “VINA” stands for Vision, Integrity, Need, and Action.
