Salute to the Stars, Celebrity Dance Competition on tap

The Livingston County Catholic Charities annual Salute to the Stars and Celebrity Dance Competition is set for 6:30-11 p.m. Saturday, March 18, at Crystal Gardens, 5768 E. Grand River Ave., Howell. The event includes strolling dinner stations, a mini-auction, cash bar, honoree presentation, and the popular dance competition.

A goodwill offering will be taken at the event to support the services of Livingston County Catholic Charities.

Competing in the dance event are:

Dr. Terry (Momentun Rehab & Terry B’s Restaurant & Bar) and Kate (Esprit Rehab & Terry B’s Restaurant & Bar) Braciszewski

Renee Chodkowski (aka The Great Foodini) and Ed Chodkowski (GM)

Karen Perez (Garza-Perez Family) and Carlos (Robert Bosch) Garza

Tracy Patterson (Toyota Boshoku) and Branden Cathy (Ditch Witch)

Online voting for dance teams runs March 1-17 at www.livingstoncatholiccharities.org at $5 per vote; funds raised support LCCC’s senior outreach services for Livingston County seniors. Last year, over 83 precent of the seniors served were at or below 150 percent of the national poverty level.

Tickets for the March 18 event at $60 each, $440 for a table of eight, and $550 for a table of 10.
