The Livingston County Association of REALTORS® Annual Food Drive — the largest in Livingston County — runs 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 4. The drive brings together over 50 members who will collect donations of food and funds at the Kroger in Howell, Brighton and Hartland; VG’s and WalMart in Howell; and Busch’s and the Legacy Center in Brighton to benefit Gleaners Community Food Bank.

LCAR has already raised $17,000 toward the goal of $20,000, as well as 5,000 pounds of food through sponsorships, individuals donations, and campaigns at local brokerages.

Suggested food items to donate include canned green beans, cereal, chicken, ravioli, tuna, Spaghetti O’s, canned meat, jelly, and Chunky soups.
