Livingston County reports ninth COVID-19 death; number of cases up to 263

Two more Livingston County residents have died from the COVID-19 virus, bringing the total to nine, according to data from the Livingston County Health Department.

As of April 15, 2020, there were 263 COVID-19 cases reported in Livingston County residents, up from 254 the day before. According to the Livingston County Health Department, there were also 48 hospitalizations, 70 recoveries, and nine deaths.

Over a third of the cases — 94 or about 36 percent — are residents in the 48843 Howell-area ZIP code.
