Do you have opinions about the U.S. 23 Flex Route? MDOT wants to hear them

A meeting is set for 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, to get public input on the U.S.-23 Flex Route. The location of the meeting will be disclosed after attendees RSVP for the event.

The Michigan Department of Transportation has hired a team from Michigan State University to get input on the U.S.-23 flex route. In addition to a survey, the MSU team is holding focus groups, like this one. The team wants to hear from people who drive the route.

The Oct. 23 event will also include free food, and participation is limited to 20 RSVPs.

If you’re interested in being part of the event, RSVP with your name and your U.S.-23 driving habits (like when you drive the route and how often) to Ms. Herin at heringab@msu.edu, or text (734) 771-3949 to receive the meeting location.

The team is looking to assemble a group with a variety of U.S.-23 driving habits.
