Abilities Alliance seeks input to identify needs of those with disabilities

/

The Livingston County Abilities Alliance Workgroup of the Human Services Collaborative Body is asking Livingston County residents with disabilities to complete a short survey, in order to identify service gaps and better understand the needs of community members. Input from the public is critical to help develop a community action plan and to create new opportunities for people of all abilities.

The survey is open to any Livingston County community member with a disability. If necessary, support persons, caregivers, parents or providers are encouraged to help the individual(s) you care for to fill out the survey from their perspective. It is vital that input be gained as directly from the person with a disability as possible, in order to share their voice. The survey is open from Jan. 24 to March 4, and can be accessed online by visiting www.surveymonkey.com/r/2022AANeedsSurvey.

Additional accessible formats are available by contacting Amy Johnston at ajohnston@cmhliv.org.

The Abilities Alliance is a coalition of disability service organizations that strive to provide the most effective services for people of ALL ABILITIES in the Livingston County community.
