Report: Focusing on population, education & incentives will make Michigan a top state economically

Michigan has made progress in becoming a more competitive state economically, but it needs to ramp up efforts in education and training of a skilled workforce and ensure there are adequate incentives to draw new investment and jobs, Business Leaders for Michigan CEO Jeff Donofrio told reporters Thursday.
