Congratulations, Mom and Dad, on 50 years of marriage! Please join us in wishing them continued blessings.
Leon Lazar is a long-time employee of General Motors, and Dianne Lazar of Chase Bank. They live in Brighton, and they belong to St. Patrick Catholic Church. They are the parents of me, as well as my siblings, Mark and Colleen, who also live in Brighton. They have three grandchildren: Avery, 9, Alivia, 6, and Lincoln, 6 months.
Sometimes children have a hard time saying “thank you.” We have so much to be grateful for. You both gave us so much and always put us first. Family was an important part of our youth — family time, sports, vacations up north, etc.
I find myself in a difficult position sometimes being so far away from home, but I am thankful for my brother and sister being there when I can’t. This makes it difficult for me to do justice in honoring both of you, so I hope these words let you know how much I celebrate you and your commitment to one another and our family. I’m forever grateful for the support and encouragement received from you.
Your promise to each other is an example that is hard to come by nowadays. There are not a lot of people that reach this pinnacle in life. The promise that you made to each other on May 10, 1969, continues to this day — for better or for worse, in sickness and health. Thank you for all that you have done for us. We love you very much and hope the upcoming years will continue to bless our family.
Please join us in wishing our parents Leon and Dianne Lazar a very Happy 50th Wedding Anniversary!
Good wishes can be sent to: 2271 Cherry Wood Drive, Brighton, MI 48116.
