Free parenting program available through Livingston ESA

Every Livingston County parent has access to a free, confidential parent coaching program through the Livingston Educational Service Agency partnership with ParentGuidance.org.

The coaching program is a resource that gives parents tools to address challenges they may be facing. Parents can meet confidentially with their own individual coach for up to 30 minutes each week. The coaching program is a resource for parents and will not be used in the school setting. Coaches are not employees of the school, nor do they work in our schools, and coaching is NEVER reported to the school.

“This is an amazing opportunity for each parent in Livingston County to have their very own parenting coach,” said Michael Hubert, superintendent for Livingston ESA. “It is completely free but extremely high-quality. Sometimes there are problems to solve, and other times it’s just a matter of being better today than you were yesterday.”

Parents who want to learn more about the coaching program can find additional information on Livingston ESA’s website here.  https://www.livingstonesa.org/community-resources/parent-coaching
