Lesley Schafer-LeBrun is a former real estate professional turned activist for victims rights. She is a member of the Everytown Survivor Network, a program of Everytown for Gun Safety. She is also a volunteer survivor membership lead with the Michigan Chapter of Moms Demand Action, assisting volunteers across Michigan in connecting gun violence survivors to build a community of support and, when appropriate, help survivors become more effective gun violence prevention advocates. She is a volunteer with the Lansing and Livingston Groups of Moms Demand Action For Gun Sense in America, and the founder of the Survivors of Violence Action Coalition of Michigan. She resides in Howell with her husband and their 16-year-old son.
