Woolford takes oath for 50th District state rep seat

State Rep. Jason Woolford, R-Howell, was officially sworn in for his first term in office by Michigan Supreme Court Justice Brian Zahra on Monday, Dec. 23, at the Capitol in Lansing, as his wife, Marie Woolford, looks on.

The 50th House District includes the city of Howell and the village of Fowlerville, plus the townships of Cohoctah, Conway, Deerfield, Handy, Hartland, Howell, Iosco, Marion, Oceola, Unadilla, southern Tyrone Township, and the north and west parts of Putnam Township.
