The unofficial results from the Nov. 4 election are in, and it was a good night for incumbents, all of whom were returned to their respective city council seats.

In Howell, the vote totals for the two Board of Review seats show that while Tim Schnelle won his seat, there is a tie between Douglas Heins and Brett Snow for the second seat. It is unclear how that tie will be resolved.
