Virtual series for cancer survivors begins Aug. 5

Trinity Health Ann Arbor’s Lifestyle Medicine Program is hosting a virtual series entitled: “A Lifestyle Medicine Approach for Cancer Survivors.”

The 5-week series runs on Tuesdays beginning Aug. 5 and ending Sept. 2.

The free classes will empower cancer survivors and thrivers at any stage with practical tools, expert guidance, and a strong sense of community to move forward with confidence.

Each virtual group class is one hour long, and are live and not recorded. The classes feature interactive group discussions for connection and shared learning. Attendees will also have access to an on-demand culinary video library featuring plant-based cooking demos and tips.
