State Rep. Hank Vaupel, R-Fowlerville, was chosen by the Michigan Association of Health Plans (MAHP) as their Legislator of the Year. He was selected for his work as chair of the House Health Policy committee.
“I am honored to receive this award,” Vaupel said. “I am proud of the work the Health Policy Committee has done to help those with physical or mental health needs, and I will continue working to find common sense solutions. Thank you to MAHP for their dedication to the health and well-being of the people of Michigan.”
Rep. Vaupel was presented the award at a ceremony held by MAHP in Lansing.
