Tim mugTim Robinson, former sports editor of the Daily Press & Argus, is joining The Livingston Post.

Robinson will be contributing sports stories, columns and features, in addition to continuing his popular broadcast of high school sports.

“Having Tim come on board is a dream come true,” said Maria Stuart, owner and publisher of The Livingston Post. “His work fits right in with our mission of unique local coverage.”

Robinson, a graduate of Central Michigan University, is a face familiar to Livingston County sports fans. He has won many Michigan Press Association and Associated Press awards for his distinctive style in covering the local sports scene. The sports section he’s edited brought home Section of the Year from the MPA numerous times.

“I am looking forward to starting a new chapter at The Livingston Post,” Robinson said. “It will be a new challenge, and I am sure to be doing some good things here.”
