A Wilde Theater’s production of “The Love List,” a comedy about being careful about what you wish for that stars Sean Sabo, Laura Mandernack, and Patrick Grimes, runs Jan. 19 through Feb. 4 in Brighton.

This fast-paced comedy by Norm Foster is about two best friends, Leon and Bill. For Bill’s birthday, Leon gives him the gift of a matchmaking service to help him choose a mate. It’s not an internet-based service; instead, a gypsy woman asks Bill to make a list of the Top 10 qualities he wants in his ideal woman. From Bill’s fantasy list, Justine materializes and the men quickly learn their list could use a few revisions.

Performances are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 3 p.m. Sundays, at the theater, located at 111 S. West St. in Brighton, behind Jameson’s Irish Pub. Sponsoring the production is The DeKroub Team RE/MAX Platinum.

Reserved seats are $35, plus a $2 convenience fee. Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime. Groups of 10 or more save $2 a ticket — give Lynn a call at (810) 023-7705 for more information.
