Sharing is caring!

Members of Howell Robotics Team KRASH turned cans and Halloween candy they collected into hundreds of Livingston Essential Transportation Services bus rides for clients at LACASA.

The students raised $600 by collecting empty cans and Halloween candy; LETS donated another $100. Their generosity purchased enough LETS bus ride tokens to provide anywhere between 350 and 700 rides, which are $1-$2 per ride, that LACASA clients can use to get to work, doctor appointments, and school.

After the KRASH kids bought the LETS tokens, a LETS bus drove them to LACASA. There, the students got to tour the building, and they got to meet Ember, LACASA’s support dog.
