Police are asking for help in locating a Howell woman last seen around 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 4, at her Howell apartment.

Kelly Dorsey, 59, is about 5’1” tall, weighs about 100 pounds, and has blonde/grayish hair. On her left shoulder and arm she has a Jack Skellington tattoo and a skull heart tattoo, an on her right arm she has a tattoo of a fairy sitting on a crescent moon.

Dorsey is known to frequently walk around Thompson Lake with her Chihuahua.

According to family members, Dorsey was in a deep depression before she went missing.

A release from the family said the lights and TV were left on in her Howell apartment, and she left behind her phone and her dog. “She takes her dog everywhere, so this is very strange,” the release said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Howell Police Department at (517) 540-6704.
