Livingston County has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2025 title by Detroit Free Press. This is the fourth year in a row the county has been awarded this accomplishment.
Based solely on employee feedback, the Top Workplace title is a badge of honor for the county, which has over 700 employees serving within 18 departments, five elected offices, and five courts. In a release, the county said its top priority is providing effective and efficient services that improve the quality of life for residents.
Winners of the “Top Workplaces” designation were determined through the results of an anonymous employee engagement survey compiled by research firm Energage. The survey analyzes job satisfaction and engagement of employees along with the values and organizational health of the company.
