Paul Junge of Brighton, running in the Republican primary for the chance to challenge U.S. Rep. Elissa Slotkin, D-Holly, announced that he raised over $250,000 between announcing his candidacy on Nov. 14, 2019, and the end of the year.
“I will be a conservative leader who will put America First and I’m grateful for the financial support to launch our campaign to oust liberal Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin,” Junge said.
“Elissa Slotkin is raising big money because Nancy Pelosi and radical liberals love her leadership to impeach President Trump and stop our president from destroying terrorists who killed Americans. My focus will be supporting a strong economy, opposing tax increases and job-destroying regulations, securing the border, and defending our conservative values.”
