In wake of 6 recent overdoses — including 2 fatal — remember there is local help available

Sharing is caring!

Between March 15 and March 17, 2025, the Livingston County Health Department (LCHD) and Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority (LCCMHA) received reports of four non-fatal overdoses and two fatal overdoses. This is a significant increase in overdose-related incidents.

LCHD, LCCMHA, and local partners, along with the broader community, mourn the recent
deaths and acknowledge the profound impact on families, friends, and those affected by
substance use. LCCMHA is committed to providing navigation support to individuals and
families seeking treatment, grief counseling, and community support resources.
