Outgoing Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey (R-Clarklake) warned colleagues in his farewell speech that the Central Bank, agricultural humanization, "trans-whatever-we-can-concoct" and other items as incoming "little G-gods" attempting to achieve "one world governance."
