Holly Ward Lamb chosen to head Howell library

The Howell Carnegie District Library Board of Trustees has selected Holly Ward Lamb as the library’s new director.

Lamb, who has headed the library’s youth services department for 24 years, begins her new duties on Jan. 1, 2018.
