Michigan-based Beyond Juicery + Eatery will soon be opening its newest location in Brighton. The popular healthy fast-casual restaurant will open at 8593 W. Grand River Ave., next to Panda Express in the strip mall that also houses Chipotle and Mod Pizza.
Beyond Juicery + Eatery emphasizes fresh, high-quality ingredients and exceptional service. “Fresh is our focus. People are our purpose,” is the restaurant’s mission.
Founded by the husband-and-wife team of Mijo Alanis and Pam Vivio, the restaurant began as their response to what they perceived as a “lack of healthy fast-casual options” in the Michigan market. It is now a fast-growing “feel-good brand with a focus on fresh, made-to-order smoothies, juices, wraps, and salads.”
Its first location opened in Birmingham in 2005, and the owners began franchising in 2019. There are currently 50 locations open or in development.
