Jeff Coulter comes to Hartland Gymnastics from Windsor, Ontario, Canada, where he competed in men’s gymnastics for 10 years and was a member of the men’s national team. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in coaching men’s and women’s gymnastics, as well as, tumbling. His athletes have competed at national and international levels. Some of Jeff’s athletes have gone on to receive scholarships throughout Michigan.
In addition to Jeff’s gymnastics and coaching career, he has toured the United States as a professional disciplined dancer and was offered a working contract with Cirque Du Soliel. He also owned a gymnastics and fitness center for 5 years and an acrobatic company for 8 years, where he directed and produced various types of performances. Jeff has been married to his wife, Monica, for 16 years. Together they have two children, Samantha (12) and Dillon (9) and reside in Commerce Township. In his spare time Jeff enjoys working-out, boating, camping, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
