
Fowlerville Community Schools has hired Andrew Comb as its instructional support specialist.
Comb comes to Fowlerville from the Novi Community School District, where he most recently served as director of curriculum and assessment; he had also served as Novi High School assistant principal and the district’s curriculum coordinator as well.
In his new role in Fowlerville, Comb will facilitate and coordinate an academic and behavior multi-tiered system of supports; assist teachers with curriculum and instruction to aid students needing help; engage in data analysis; and provide assistance with developing district and school improvement plans.
Comb earned a master’s degree in educational leadership from Concordia College in 2014, as well as a master’s degree in teaching, curriculum and instruction from Marygrove College in 2006. He is certified in elementary and secondary school administration in Michigan. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Michigan.
