Experienced commercial lender joins Lake Trust Credit Union

Renee Bush

Lake Trust Credit Union (Lake Trust), a community-based credit union serving nearly 200,000 members and businesses throughout Michigan, has hired Renee Bush as a Commercial Solutions Officer.

“With over a decade of experience supporting businesses, Bush brings strong work ethic and community relations skills to Lake Trust’s commercial lending team,” said David Morgan, chief lending officer at Lake Trust. “We are honored to begin the new year with Renee on our team. We are certain her expertise in business development will be of great value as she collaborates with our current and future members to provide them with comprehensive lending solutions.”

Reporting directly to Ken Michalak, commercial lending manager at Lake Trust, Bush will develop and manage business relationships in the Lansing market and across the state, delivering a full range of lending, deposit and treasury solutions.

Prior to joining Lake Trust, Bush held various positions at Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) for more than 12 years, including as a senior commercial loan officer and business services manager. At MSUFCU, Bush served as a business development liaison for Lansing, reflecting her long-standing commitment to the community’s growth. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual degree in marketing and management from Northwood University.
