Tom Barrett, R-Charlotte, who is running for Michigan’s 7th Congressional District — are going to be in Brighton Friday for an early morning “Freedom Rally,” set to begin at 8:30 a.m. in the parking lot at 8580 W. Grand River Ave., between Grand River Avenue and the Brighton Post Office.
