County Realtors Assoc. honors three members

The Livingston County Association of Realtors® (LCAR) announced its 2023 annual award winners; James Dewling, LCAR’s 2022 Realtor of the year, revealed the winners during a general membership meeting recently.

Nicole Bartolomucci

2023 Realtor® of the Year – Nicole Bartolomucci, associate broker at RE/MAX Platinum

Bartolomucci has been a member of LCAR since 2007.  Nicole is the sales manager for RE/MAX Platinum in Brighton. She has held many leadership positions at LCAR recently serving as president in 2023.  She co-founded the LCAR Young Professionals Network in 2019. Nicole is an RPAC major investor and attends most Michigan Realtor and National Association of Realtor events and encourages others to get involved as well.

Todd Buckley

2023 Volunteer of the Year – Todd Buckley, Owner/Realtor of Buckley Jolley Real Estate Team

Buckley has been a member of the Livingston County Association of Realtors® since 1997 and has held many leadership roles with LCAR. Recently, Buckley has been the chair of the forms taskforce overseeing the changes in the LCAR real estate forms. He is an RPAC major investor. He and his team are supporters of LCAR events including the food drive to benefit Gleaners and Realtor Ring Day.

Josh Berg

2023 Affiliate of the Year – Josh Berg, VP Branch Manager of Fairway Independent Mortgage

Berg has been in the mortgage business for 20 years and has been a member of the Livingston County Association of Realtors since 2018. He serves on the Affiliates and LCAR YPN committees.  He volunteers to help with the Gleaners Community Food Drive, Realtor Ring Day and is always willing to help out with other events.  Berg makes a point of attending LCAR meetings and events as well as Michigan Realtor events, and is the official griller at LCAR events.
