Retired Livingston County District Court Judge Carol Sue Reader is heading for a decisive victory in the Livingston County Commissioner 2nd District Republican primary.
Reader has 1,703 votes, almost double the 872 votes that James Bruney has.
The district includes Deerfield and Oceola townships and part of Hartland Township. The seat is being vacated by outgoing Commissioner William Green.
