Sharing is caring!

LACASA Center’s Cinderella’s Closet provides an opportunity for high school girls to find affordable homecoming dresses, while also giving back to a local charity. The pop-up boutique opens on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, and runs for two consecutive weekends.

This eco-friendly shopping experience offers hundreds of dresses in a variety of colors and sizes. All dresses are just $25 and proceeds stay local to help abuse victims at LACASA Center. Dress scholarships are available, and shoppers may discreetly ask the attendant at the cashier counter for scholarship information.

The event provides a comfortable atmosphere for girls to shop for dream dresses at vintage prices. Shopping is reserved for students only, and they will be asked to present school IDs at check out.

Cinderella’s Closet is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 3-8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dates for the boutique are Sept. 6, 7 & 8, and Sept. 13, 14 & 15, 2018.

The boutique is held at Snedicor’s Green Earth Cleaners, 8688 W. Grand River Ave., in Brighton.

Funds raised from the boutique provide help and hope for vulnerable children and adults from Livingston County who are victims of abuse and interpersonal violence. Learn more at lacasacenter.org.
