DTN Management, a Lansing-based developer, and Wolverine Building Group, a leading commercial construction company in Michigan, celebrated the “topping out” of Vista Brighton, a new market-rate apartment building currently under construction in Brighton, MI.

We wrote about the project in 2018, when it was going through the approval process. For that story and other images and videos about the project, click here.

The steel-framed Vista Brighton totals 307,000 sq. ft. and will bring 233 additional living units to the community. When completed, the facility will be the largest building in the City of Brighton. Vista Brighton offers amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, and two private courtyards.  Additional features include onsite below-grade parking and walkability to downtown Brighton.

“This project team has been great to work with. DTN clearly has a focus on an improved living experience, which has been apparent throughout design and construction” said Kurtis Fritz,  Wolverine’s director of construction. “The topping out ceremony celebrates a significant milestone for the entire project team. We still have a lot of work to do, but I am proud of the collaboration and hard work the entire team has put into this project. It is clear everyone takes great pride in delivering a high quality apartment building to the community.”

Vista Brighton is slated for completion in early 2025.
