Cleary University’s ninth-annual Big Cat Golf Classic is set for Thursday, Aug. 15, at The Links of Novi Singh in Novi, 50395 W 10 Mile Road. Proceeds from the fundraiser support Cleary’s athletic program and athletes.

Registration opens at 8 a.m., with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. The day includes 18 holes of golf, continental breakfast, lunch, steak dinner, beverage tickets and an opportunity to win prizes throughout the day.

“For the last eight years, Cleary has been able to help student athletes who need financial and academic support to ensure they can continue to achieve success in the classroom and on the athletic field,” said Max Ballinger, Cleary’s athletic director. “Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our community, we hope to continue providing this support to our student athletes.”

Golfers who choose the standard foursome package will receive 18 holes of championship golf, continental breakfast, lunch, a steak dinner, three beverage tickets, and the opportunity to win prizes throughout the day. Cost is $600 a foursome.
