Another COVID-19 death reported in county; total at 23

Another death in Livingston County from COVID-19 has been reported: the number of residents who’ve died after contracting the virus hit 23 as of Wednesday, May 13, 2020.

The total number of confirmed cases reported by the Livingston County Health Department is now 378 — up 2 from the 376 cases reported on Monday, May 11. There are also 100 probable cases listed, up eight since Monday. In addition, LCHD data shows there are 72 current hospitalizations, as well as 309 reported recoveries, up 15 from Monday.

There are currently 48,391 total confirmed and related COVID-19 cases in Michigan; 478 of these are in Livingston County.
