AG Nessel recognizes Howell’s deputy police chief

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel visited the Howell Police Department on Wednesday to recognize Deputy Chief Matthew Kelleher.

Nessel presented Kelleher with the Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Award for his efforts in maintaining the department’s accreditation, as well as his tireless efforts to assist additional Michigan police agencies with achieving their accredited status.

Several members of the department, city staff, and council were present for the presentation.
