Calling all families and photographers! The sunflower fields are open at Schell Family Farm at 10055 Dexter Pinckney Road, in Pinckney, just north of Pinckney Community High School.
Schell Family Farm is now open on weekends, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday through Sunday. There’s more to see than sunflowers, and you can chat with the owners about their plans for an orchard and a Christmas tree farm (they recently planted 1,000+ trees!).
Admission is $4/adult, and includes one free flower. Children are free with adults
You can purchase flowers for $2 each or $9 per half dozen
Schell Family Farm accepts cash or check only at this time.
If you are a professional photographers, Schell Family Farm offers session appointments. You can call them at (989) 954-9978 or message them via Facebook. Session fees are $25/hour, with four free flowers an hour, and your clients enter free.
