Livingston County Animal Shelter Adoption of the Week: Puss N’ Boots

Puss N’ Boots is a sweet 1-year old girl who has been at the shelter for 4 months waiting for her new family. Please share this story so we can get her adopted!

Puss N’ Boots is mild-mannered and would love a home with calmer surroundings. She does like other cats but would prefer ones that do not invade her personal space or crawl all over her. Puss N’ Boots would do better in a home with older children. The younger children in her foster home were a bit overwhelming for her. If you are looking for a gentle little lady who likes bird watching, the occasional snuggle, and is easy to care for, Puss N’ Boots may be the one for you.  She has white “boots” on her paws, is spayed, up to date on medical, and micro-chipped.

Looking to add a new member to your family? Stop by to visit Puss N’ Boots and other animals available for adoption at or call (517) 546-2154 for more information. If you are interested in a foster-to-adopt option, contact the shelter, or come by for a visit.

Sharing is caring!

By day, Cheryl Ellis is a project manager at a specialty pharmacy. The rest of her waking hours are spent taking photos for her website, Harvest Moon Photography. She was inspired to start volunteering at the Livingston County Animal Shelter after adopting a senior cat named Samson.
