Livingston County Animal Shelter Adoption of the Week: Munch

Munch is ready to celebrate this holiday with muchas smooches under the mistletoe.

Munch is 1-year-old and arrived at the shelter guarded and under-socialized. Within 24 hours, he was great with the staff and is getting better every day. He is smart, playful, and curious meeting new people.

Munch would benefit from some training to help build his confidence and will need patience adjusting to his new home. Once he warms up, you can expect lots of lap snuggles and face kisses.

Munch is neutered, up-to-date on medical, and microchipped. He is fine with other dogs, but no cats please.

Looking to add a new member to your family? Check out Munch and other animals available for adoption at or call (517) 546-2154 for more information. If you are interested in a foster-to-adopt option, please contact the shelter, or come by for a visit.

Sharing is caring!

By day, Cheryl Ellis is a project manager at a specialty pharmacy. The rest of her waking hours are spent taking photos for her website, Harvest Moon Photography. She was inspired to start volunteering at the Livingston County Animal Shelter after adopting a senior cat named Samson.
