Why save one life when you can save nine? Meet Meeko!

Meeko is a beautiful nine month old chocolate and white girl with the most gorgeous hazel eyes. She is spayed, up-to-date on medical, and micro-chipped.

Meeko will need someone with patience who will allow her time to settle in. She can be very sweet and let you get in a couple scratches before her sassy attitude makes its appearance.

Meeko will need a calm home with no children or dogs. She has free roam of the cat room and just does her own thing. A barn or shop setup would also be a good option for Meeko.

Please help us find the perfect home for this sweet and sassy girl so she can enjoy the best life possible.

Looking to add a new member to your family? Check out Mekko and other animals available for adoption at http://www.livgov.com/animalshelter or call (517) 546-2154 for more information. If you are interested in a foster-to-adopt option, please contact the shelter, or come by for a visit.

By day, Cheryl Ellis is a project manager at a specialty pharmacy. The rest of her waking hours are spent taking photos for her website, Harvest Moon Photography. She was inspired to start volunteering at the Livingston County Animal Shelter after adopting a senior cat named Samson.
