Howell, Brighton moving on to second round of high school football playoffs

Photographer Richard Lim covered the opening-round high school football playoff game Friday in which Howell won over Kalamazoo Central 45-20. A slideshow of all his photos is below.

Also moving on to the second round is Brighton High School after winning over West Bloomfield 25-7.

The scores for Livingston County’s teams in the opening- round games of the Michigan high school playoffs were:

HOWELL 45, Kalamazoo Central 20
BRIGHTON 25, West Bloomfield 7
Detroit Catholic Central 35, HARTLAND 7
Chelsea 42, FOWLERVILLE 14
