Get items dry-cleaned without leaving home: Snedicor’s GreenEarth Cleaners moves to pick-up and delivery EXCLUSIVELY

/

Snedicor’s GreenEarth Cleaners — serving Livingston County since 1916 — is adapting to and persevering in the quickly changing business environment by closing its Howell and Brighton storefronts and moving to pickup and delivery service exclusively.

With just a few quick clicks using Snedicor’s new, state-of-the-art online system, customers can arrange for pickup and courier delivery; relay information as to how they want items handled; point out whether there are difficult stains, missing buttons, or a broken zipper; and whether shirts should be folded or hung. Then, customers tell Snedicor’s when they want their items returned, and make payment online.

That’s it. You can view a short video detailing the process here:

“The new model is much more convenient and safer for everyone,” said Jim Gilligan, owner of Snedicor’s. “It’s practically effortless for our customers, and it allows us to focus on what we do best: provide excellent, environmentally friendly service.”

Snedicor’s new system frees customers from having to make a trip to a storefront to drop off and pick up their cleaning. Snedicor’s now does all the work for them.

“It’s like autopilot for your clothing care,” Gilligan said.

Snedicor’s new pickup-and-delivery only model also builds on the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship and excellent customer service thanks to the Salesforce practices.
