Destruction Depot rage room opens in Brighton

Livingston County now has a place where people can go to relieve some stress in a rather unique way: smashing everyday objects with a variety of instruments.

Destruction Depot is the second rage room to open in Michigan, and the first in Livingston County.

What exactly is a Rage Room?

For a nominal price, customers can take out all their frustrations on items such as laptops, printers, TVs, plates, dishes, vases, computer towers, monitors, keyboards, bottles, various electronics, and picture frames (feel free to bring a photo of your ex or your boss – no questions asked).

How are the objects destroyed? With baseball bats, hammers, crowbars, golf clubs, sledgehammers, or by spiking them on the ground. All safety equipment is provided. Customers may also bring in their own items to destroy (call for details).

This 100-percent veteran-owned business is located at 10605 E. Grand River Ave. in Brighton, next to Hometown Bicycles and directly across the street from Dream Factory. Destruction Depot offers a cozy venue for hosting birthday, bachelor(ette), or divorce parties! Ages 13 and up are welcome.
