The Livingston County Board of Commissioners is inviting the nine eligible applicants for the open District 3 seat to interview at a special meeting set for 6 p.m. Thursday.
The seat is open after the death of County Commissioner Frank Sample.
The nine applicants for the position are:
• Thomas Boyer
– Dennis Brennan
• Tom Chambers
• Anne Gebauer
• Norris Hardeman
• Christianna Hartman
• Karlton Kroske
• Jeffrey Steinaway
• Holly Taylor-Stebbins
Whoever is appointed will serve for the remainder of Sample’s term, which expires Dec. 31, 2028.
District 3 includes the townships of Iosco, Putnam, and Unadilla; the Village of Pinckney; and Hamburg Township Precinct 6, and Handy Township Precinct 1.
