Granny’s Confections will celebrate its Grand Opening on Wednesday, May 10 at 10:00am., at its new location at 5584 E. Grand River Ave. in Howell
After the ceremony, Granny’s Confections will host an open house until 2 p.m. Owners Robert Page and Patrick Taylor invite you to come out and be part of the event.
“We are proud to be part of the community. Our new location is located on the border of Brighton and Howell, making it convenient for everyone,” said Page. “The feedback from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive.”

Granny’s Confections’ brittle is made by hand, utilizing only the best ingredients including REAL butter and PURE vanilla extract. Among Granny’s offerings is peanut brittle, pecan brittle, cashew brittle, coconut brittle and almond brittle.

In 2015, Granny’s Confections opened in a small, 300-square-foot location in Hartland. Becoming part of the community, Granny’s has been part of many of the local events, including: Brighton Farmers Market, Howell Farmers Market, Holiday Glow in Brighton, Melon Fest in Howell, Milford Memories, Fantasy of Lights in Howell and the Livingston County Home & Garden Show.
In 2017, Granny’s Confections quadrupled in size and moved into a 1,200-square-foot location in Howell, which is large enough to produce brittle onsite and have a small retail store in the front.
