Splash & Play at the Hartland Pool is a special time set aside just for infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers and afternoon kindergarteners to wear themselves out just in time for lunch and a nap.
From 10:30-11:25am, Monday though Friday, little ones can walk or crawl in the 0” – 2’ wading area featuring a dump bucket, kiddie water slide, bubblers and more. A ramp allows children access into the 4’ area where they can float in the current channel around an island with palm trees. At 86 degrees, the water is much warmer than a typical pool.
According to William Scripture, a frequent visitor,“Splash & Play has been a great bonding experience for me with both my granddaughters over five wonderful years.”
Swimming lessons are also available for children 6 months and up.
An adult should accompany children in the water, and lifejackets are available.
