Robin Hood swashbuckling his way into Brighton

The Brighton District Library’s “Robin Hood” series kicks off Saturday, May 19, with two swashbuckling features.

A Robin Hood children’s movie, rated G, runs noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Admission is free for the movie that features lots of swashbuckling adventure with lots of laughs for all. Call (810) 229-6571, ext. 227, to register.

The PG 13 Robin Hood movie, suited for teens and adults, is set for 2-4:20 p.m. In an age of oppression an shameless tyranny, the outlaw Robin Hood becomes the unlikely hero who saves a nation and inspires generations to fight for freedom.
