For more than four decades, the Bloated Goat Saloon has been an integral part of the scene in downtown Fowlerville. It’s a bar and grill with a highly memorable name.

And now it’s on the market. The asking price: $649,000.

According to this online listing from John MacLeod of Partners Real Estate, the asking price includes the building and the business. Everything stays – including the bar stools, pool table and TVs. The business has licenses for beer and wine, liquor and lottery sales.
